What I do on State of Origin Night

Hi

For those from Queensland you would know that tonight is the State of Origin between Queensland and New South Wales . . . .  and I am a bit worried, as there is no noise coming from the lounge so I think we could be loosing! ! ! !  Oh well there is always the next one, we only have to win two of the three matches.

Anyway, while my hubby is watching the League and my daughter and her partner is down at the local tavern watching the match, I decided to escape into my scrap booking room and create.

This card is one that I have made for my sister-in-law's birthday, I am not sure about it as I feel that the background is very busy.  I have tried to break the background down a little with the birdcage and butterflies which tend to break it down a little.  I am still experimenting with the new Kaleidoscope from the Kaisercraft papers.  I love working with the Kaisercraft papers and crafts so you may see many more over the coming weeks.

My New Blog

Hi Everyone

This is my new BLOG - I have been off the scrapping scene for a while now, but thought it was about time that I got back into the Craft Room and started again.

I am currently into Cards and will be looking to upload my cards to a number of websites to show everyone.

I have great ideas for this blog - one of the most important is to help others with their scrapping so if you have any questions please don't hesitate in contacting me and I will try and answer any questions you may have. So please keep on coming back to see what is new!

Special Birthday

Hi All

Well here goes, another attempt at trying to get my blog up and running again, only this time I am now in the process of starting my own business - Card making.  Although this is not my first card, this is a special card as it was for my sister-in-law for a very special birthday.  

I am attempting to go for a different type of card, one of elegance (as a friend of my has said).  I hope you all like the card, and watch out for many more to come.
